Refund Policy
Returns Overview
We want you to love your House of Delouise purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that used candles or opened essential oils, soaps, bath bombs cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. To start a return, please email us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Exchanges & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We offer free replacements or full refunds for any verified faulty products. If you would like to exchange an item for something else, simply follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired product. Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive back to us safely at our UK studio.
